• Staff Assisted Staff–assisted services occur when an assessment is conducted of a participant’s skills, education, or career objectives in order to

 

• decide on appropriate next steps,
• assess personal barriers to employment,
• access other related services as necessary.

 

A Coach acts as catalyst and facilitator, maximizes personal and career potential, inspires customers through thought provoking and creative interactions and leads customers to individual development and transformation.
