This is an integrated services procedure manual from a local area in Indiana. It includes detailed organizational charts, customer flows, scripts, and more for each phase of integrated service delivery. I promised that I would post this at the LLL meeting last week in San Diego. As we discussed, all LLLs will need a procedures manual to help provide staff clarity and training for the July 1 launch.
